1. Definitions
1.1 The App: Lenda app
1.2 "we" or "us", "our": Deedee Group
1.3 You, your: The user of the app or your legal guardian if you are underage

1.5 Business: A restaurant or any kind of business which sometimes requires external delivery services to deliver goods (foods, etc) to its customers.
1.6 Lender: A business with its own delivery drivers, which can offer its delivery services to nearby businesses.

2. Privacy Disclosure
This document informs you of our policies regarding the permissions the App needs in order to function, and the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use the App.
2.1 Required runtime permissions:
2.1.1 Location permission
2.1.1.1 Lenda only enables Location tracking when the app is active.")

2.1.2 Phone permission
2.1.2.1 Lenda uses this permission to enhance user experience by entering the device's phone number into the profile so that users don't have to enter it manually.
2.1.2.2 Lenda doesn't use this permission to make integrated phone calls.
2.1.2.3 Lenda doesn't use this permission to manage your phone calls.
2.1.2.4 Lenda may makes phone calls regarding deliveries via your device's default phone app.
2.1.2.5 We don't sell your phone number to any third party.
2.1.3 Access Contacts permission
2.1.3.1 Lenda frees you from memorizing another set of login credentials by logging you in automatically once you're identified by your Gmail address of your logged-in Google account. To achieve that, Lenda needs you to grant the Access Contact permission.
2.1.3.2 Lenda doesn't use this permission to access any other information.
2.1.3.3 We also use your Gmail address to communicate with you.
2.1.3.4 We don't sell your email address to any third party.
2.2 Your personal data:
2.2.1 To facilitate delivery of goods and to discourage frauds, we collect, securely transimit and store remotely your name, email address, physical address, your IP address and your GPS location data.
2.2.2 We use your email address to verify you and to communicate with you.
2.2.3 We don't not sell or give away your personal data (name, address, email address and phone numbers) to any third party.
2.2.4 If you run into technical difficulty using the App, we may ask you to enable Debug logs and send us the Log File which may contain information about your device's Android version, the brand and the model.
2.3 We use cookies on our website


3. Changes to the Policy
We may update the Policy whenever necessary, and you are advised to review the Document periodically for any changes.
