Disclaimers

1. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the greater of One hundred Canadian dollars ($100CAD) or the amount you paid us, whichever is less, in the past six months.
2. In addition to the aforementioned disclaimer clause, the application is offered "as is" and on an "as available" basis, without any explicit or implied warranties, encompassing, but not confined to, the assurances of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, and noninfringement. Under no circumstances shall DeeDee Group be held liable for any claims, damages, or other liabilities, whether arising from contractual obligations, tortious conduct, or any other legal grounds, associated with the application or its use, including any other transactions or interactions involving the application.

License To Use
You're granted right to use the App as long as you accept the Terms.


Prohibited Conducts

1. Reverse-engineering the App.
2. Using the App name or the trade marks without written consent.

Language of the App and the Document
Since English is the de facto international language, you agree that the App interacts with you in English if your local language is not available.


Third Party Services
The app uses third party services (such as Google Play) that declare their own Terms of services. Please read their respective Terms of services for details


Governing Law
The Terms shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without consideration of its conflict of laws principles.


Changes to the Terms
We may update the Document whenever necessary, and you are advised to review the Document periodically for any changes.
