What is Backeye app?

1. Backeye watches your back whether you drive a car, ride a bike, ride a motorcycle, or walk.
2. Backeye loop-records and allowes you to monitor what is going on behind you.
3. Backeye makes automatically a backup copy of last 5 snapshots whenever a potential collision is detected. You can use those snapshots to your advantage.
4. With Backeye Deluxe, you can manually save the last 5 snapshots whenever you want by tapping the Save button.

What are needed to start using Backeye

1. Two Android phones supporting bluetooth.
2. Accessories to securely hold the two phones in place. For example, for bikes and motorcycles, you can use gooseneck phone holders which are available at Amazon.ca at the time of writing.
3. Install the Backeye app on both phones. During the initial setup, you'll designate one the Recorder and the other as the Monitor.

Backeye app editions

1. Basic edition: It's free with following limitations:
   • Shorter loop-recording duration: one minute
   • Save button is not available.
2. Deluxe edition: It's subscription-based. The exclusive features include
   • Longer loop-recording duration: one hour
   • Ability to save latest 5 snapshots anytime
