Why become a Grady Driver?

1. You do grocery shopping weekly most of the time.
2. You want to meet someone special closed at home. You don't meeting meeting people online where people can fake their identity. Whether you're looking for your soulmate, new friends or just someont to talk to, Grady is right for you.

4. You have access to a vehicle and you want to make some extra money by sharing your order.
5. You want to help save the earth, the one and only planet we can call home now and in the distant future.

What you need

1. Android 5 (or higher) phone with reliable WiFi internet connection.
2. Keep your Google account signed-in on the device while using the app
3. The phone is equipped with a working mobile phone number

Initial Setup

1. Download and install Grady app from the Google Play Store
2. Complete your settings at your earliest convenience which is required before you can do anything useful.
3. e-Transfer setup: Log into your bank's website and enable the E-transfer auto-deposit feature with the Gmail address of your device's logged-in Google account. Whenever a mate pays you with E-transfer, the money will be deposited to your associated bank account automatically.

Profile

1. Name: Your name
2. Street Address 1: The street address where you're located. For example, 123 Main Street.
3. Street Address 2(optional): This is where you put additional information, such as building name, unit # or door bell #, etc.
4. Cell #: Your cell phone number

Dating feature

1. This is an optional feature that can be disabled, if you wish, by unchecking the "Dating feature" checkbox (see picture to the right). Once disabled, you can only interact with mates who have also disabled it. You can enable/disable the feature whenever you want.
2. Hobbies: You'll need to provide your top 3 favorite hobbies
3. You'll also select your age group, gender, marital status, sexuality, race and religion

Preferences

1. Mate radius: Changing the radius will affect the number of your nearby mates. Every mate within this radius is considered nearby.

1. Filters: It allows you to see a category of orders:
   • All: It shows everything
   • Accepted/Resumed: It shows all your active orders
   • Paused: It shows orders that have been paused by either you or mates who can resume them later.
   • Terminated: The orders terminated either by you or mate.
2. Mates nearby: It shows a list of nearby mates with closest on top. Changing the Mate Radius in the Preferences Settings will affect the number of mates returned.
3. Referral reward: To claim your rewards (2 free orders per referral) and to view a list of your referrals.
4. Settings: This is where the Settings, including Profile and Personal, are located.
5. Reviews about me: It shows all mates' reviews about you.
6. Upgrade: For users to upgrade to the Pro Edition to have all restrictions removed.
7. Become mate: This allowes you to quit deliverying. Make sure to finish all orders in progress.
8. Blocklists: Thoses you have blocked and those who have blocked you
9. Rate the app: You can rate the app without leaving it and going to the Google Play store.
10. Refer the app to friends: You can send a link of the app to your friends by email.
11. Delete account: It allows you to delete your account immediately as long as there is no order that is associated with your account.

   • Offer: mate's initial amount of offer if not accepted yet; otherwise the winning bid and the amount you will get paid for the order.
   • Order status
     1. Requested: No bid yet
     2. Offered: One of more drivers have placed a bid
     3. Offered by you: You're one of the bidders
     4. Accepted: Your bid has been accepted and you've won the order
     5. Paused: The order is put on hold temporarily
     6. Resumed: The order has been resumed after being paused
     7. Terminated by mate: Your mate has terminated the order.
     8. mate no-show: You arrived on time to pick up the mate, but he/she didn't open the door.
     9. Driver no-show: You didn't come to pick up the mate at the specified date and time.
   • Date and Time of the order: The start date and time of the 2-hour delivery window.
   • Bidding info: Number of bids the order has received so far.
2. Order Details: Tap the arrow sign to show the details if hidden.
   • It shows mate's personal data such as marital status, age, hobbies, etc.
   • It shows Supermarket address if not accepted yet
   • It shows both addresses of mate and the supermarket in the format of mate's address->Supermarket address once your bid has been accepted

Order Menu

Long tap an order to see the order menu.

1. Bid Manager: Once your order receives one or more bids, you can open up the Bid Manager to accept a bid. The selected bidder will be your Driver.
2. Supermarket location
3. Approximate mate location. You don't see the accurate location until your bid is accepted.
4. Delete: You can delete your order as long as it hasn't received any bid yet.
5. Accept: Once your order has received some bids, you can accept one of them if you wish.
6. Pause: You can pause an accept order as long as it's not within 1 hour before the scheduled order time.
7. Resume: You can resume a order paused by you earlier as long as it's not within 1 hour before the scheduled order time.
8. Call or text Driver: You can call or text your driver of your accepted orders
9. mate no-show: When the mate doesn't come out to greet you, give him/her a call. Once confirmed that the mate is not coming out, mark "mate no show".
10. Review the mate: You can review the mate based on the experience of the orders.
11. Block the mate: You can block the mate of a completed order. Blocked mates can't see your future orders.

Bid Manager

1. Place your initial bid. You can bid higher or lower than mate's initial offer.
2. Change your existing bid.
3. Delete your existing bid.
