1. The App: Gromate app

Disclaimers

1. By using the App, you grant us the right to collect and store remotely your device phone number, physical address and your email address.
2. While using the App, you grant us the right to retrieve and store remotely your GPS location data.
3. We don't verify users' identification and we cannot guarantee that each user is indeed the person they claim to be and we cannot guarantee that each user is traceable.
4. There are always some associated risks when meeting people, no matter how you meet, therefore we cannot guarantee your personal safety and it's your sole responsibility to make wise decisions for your own safety.
5. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of the App or inability to use the App; (ii)Unauthorized use of the app on your device.
6. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the greater of One hundred Canadian dollars ($100CAD) or the amount you paid us, if any, in the past six months.
7. BESIDES THE PREVIOUS DISCLAIMER CLAUSE, THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND ON AN "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL DEEDEE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE APP.

License To Use
You're granted right to use the App as long as you accept the Terms.


Prohibited Conducts

1. reverse-engineering the App.
2. Using the App name or the trade marks without written consent.
3. Bullying other users or abusing the system.
4. Creating three(3) or more accounts are created from same household.

Prevention of unauthorized use of the app
It's your responsibility to safe-guard your phone to prevent unauthorized access to the app.


Account deletion
You can delete your account once there is no delivery related record is associated with your account.


Language of the App and the Document
Since English is the de facto international language, you agree that the App interacts with you in English if your local language is not available.


Third Party Services
The app uses third party services (such Google Play and Google AdMob) that declare their own Terms of services. Please read their respective Terms of services for details


Governing Law
The Terms will be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.


Changes to the Terms
We may update the Document whenever necessary, and you are advised to review the Document periodically for any changes.
